Collect and verify financial documentation, such as income, employment, assets, credit reports, and property details. Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle. Submit complete and compliant files to underwriting within prescribed timelines. Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies or incomplete items prior to submission. Monitor pipeline reports to track loan status and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g., TRID, RESPA, HMDA). Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver required disclosures and communicate status updates to borrowers. Assist with closing coordination and post-closing documentation as needed.
