Maintain CRM databases to track leads, prospects, and client outreach; assist with follow-ups and meeting preparation for the executive team. Monitor local project trends and public bid boards to identify new opportunities that align with our core competencies. Collaborate on the creation of project case studies and brand-consistent materials to be used in high-level client presentations. Act as a central point of contact between subcontractors, design partners, and internal teams during the pre-construction/development phase. Organize and maintain a library of "best-in-class" proposal content, project photos, and historical cost data to improve bid efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Construction Management preferred. 1-3 years of early-career experience in a fast-paced professional environment; construction or AEC industry exposure is a significant plus. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management and CRM software. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical construction data into compelling narratives. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
