Requirements: 2+ years of experience in learning development, delivery, or corporate training presentation preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical work experience preferred. Proven proficiency in virtual facilitation tools, specifically Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Solid understanding of adult learning theories, andragogy, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods. Advanced software proficiency across the standard Microsoft Office suite. High level of strategic thinking to address learners with diverse levels of product and industry knowledge. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines, with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
