Communication Hub: Serve as the primary, professional communication link between candidates, recruiters (supporting 3–4 recruiters directly), interviewers, and hiring managers, ensuring timely and clear updates. ATS Management: Meticulously maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday/Rooster), including positioning candidates, moving them through the workflow stages, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Process Improvement: Proactively contribute ideas and feedback to improve existing recruiting processes, resources, and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Recruiting Support: Assist recruiters with various tasks, which may include preparing job postings, managing requisitions, tracking candidates, and supporting project-based initiatives as needed. Administrative Duties: Handle and field multiple requests from various recruiters, occasionally taking notes during intake calls with hiring managers, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.
