The primary objective of the Digital Talent Acquisition Analyst is to optimize talent acquisition through data analysis and digital campaign management. This role focuses on ensuring sufficient talent supply by analyzing market data, managing online campaigns to drive talent engagement and app conversion, and identifying effective talent sources to maximize recruitment efficiency. This person will be responsible for analyzing supply and demand, and addressing issues. What you get to do: Market Analysis & Strategy Conduct market research to understand talent supply and demand trends, skill gaps, and competitive landscape. Develop data-driven market strategies to address talent shortages and optimize talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall talent acquisition goals. Determine which job categories within specific markets have supply and demand issues and take action to correct them. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze supply and demand data to identify imbalances in specific markets and job categories. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, app engagement, and funnel conversion. Use data visualization tools and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Analyze week-over-week changes in supply and demand data to determine the impact of adjustments made. Determine if supply and demand issues are due to top of funnel problems or app registration and onboarding conversion issues. Provide insights on talent source effectiveness, identifying which sources produce the best workers by market. Digital Campaign Management Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to attract talent and drive app downloads, registration, and onboarding. Optimize campaigns across various digital channels (job boards, social media, search engines, etc.) based on performance data. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Track campaign performance and generate reports to measure key metrics (e.g., views, clicks, downloads, registrations, starts). Pull in campaign tracking data to determine which campaigns produced positive results in terms of supply and demand. Dot-line reporting to Marketing for functional expertise, alignment to Randstad marketing strategy, operations, and budget. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers in the field and in the Talent & Delivery Center to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with delivery needs. What you need to bring: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online advertising. Minimum 1 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition context. Ability to analyze data on a daily basis and project supply and demand for the next few weeks, to make adjustments to address current imbalances immediately and prepare for future imbalances. Ability to analyze week-over-week changes in supply and demand data to determine the impact of adjustments made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing and online advertising, including campaign management, optimization, and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and dashboarding. Ability to pull in campaign tracking data to determine which campaigns produced positive results in terms of supply and demand. Experience with campaign tracking and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords). Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to determine if supply and demand issues are due to a top of funnel issue or an app registration and onboarding conversion issue so that the appropriate action plan can be implemented to improve.
