    The specialist will provide inbound telephone, email and chat support to our internal and external customers by addressing their inquiries and questions regarding Randstad policies, procedures and system use including payroll, billing and website use. In this position the specialist is expected to be able to navigate through basic and more complex concerns by using various knowledge, tools and resources required. In addition, the specialist consistently uses their problem-solving abilities, communication, and listening skills in each situation.
