What You Bring: Experience: 8-10 years of increasingly responsible executive administrative experience, ideally supporting C-suite or high-profile senior executives in a fast-paced setting. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and internet research is a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including mastery of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to compose professional correspondence independently. Organizational Prowess: Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and initiative. Masterful Calendar Management: Expertly manage the CEO’s intricate calendar, and scheduling a high volume of activities, meetings (in-person, virtual, hybrid), and events. Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and prepare detailed expense reports. Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of internal and external meetings, including high-level board meetings, policy events, client briefings, and internal staff gatherings. Communication & Correspondence: Prepare, format, and proofread a wide variety of letters, presentations, and materials from rough drafts; independently compose correspondence, screen phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Project & Presentation Support: Assist with the creation and refinement of presentation materials and support special projects as needed.
