The Human Resource Generalist (HR) is the primary HR contact for employees and managers, delivering people‑centric, compliant HR solutions that reflect the companies business priorities and values. The position reports to the VP Human Resources. This position is 100% Remote. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting both corporate and field teams. Experience in a regulated industry preferred. Skilled in MS Office, Ceridian, and HRIS systems. Excellent confidentiality, listening skills, and judgment. Comfortable working in ambiguity; highly organized with great prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Collaborative, relationship‑focused, and able to influence across teams. Guide employees and managers through HR processes. Support employee relations, including coaching, investigations, documentation, and policy compliance. HR Operations & Administration Manage the employee life cycle (onboarding, changes, transfers, terminations). Administer LOA, benefits navigation, and core HR processes. Conduct exit interviews and support compliance needs (training records, certifications, audits). Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition on postings, job descriptions, and hiring support. Manage offers, pre‑hire steps, and onboarding for corporate and field roles. Analytics & Reporting Lead HR data and analytics, including turnover, movement, and workforce reporting. Identify trends and support global HR data requests.
