Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a key resource for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Ensure all HR functions are in full compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and provide guidance to management on personnel issues. Performance & Development: Oversee and manage the staff evaluation process, developing structured review systems and coordinating performance evaluations across all departments. Evaluate and recommend benefit program changes and managing claims.
