You will ensure the integrity of a multi-state workforce, manage complex reporting, and serve as a key technical resource for our HRIS platform.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, with a preference for multi-state background.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or Finance.Technical Edge: High proficiency in Dayforce is considered a top-tier skill for this role.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits compliance.Mindset: A professional with a "talent" for attention to detail, organization, and maintaining strict confidentiality. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Manage accurate and timely weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all U.S. employees, including the calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and garnishments.Oversee multi-state operations to ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, tax withholdings, and reporting requirements.Reconcile payroll discrepancies, conduct frequent audits, and prepare quarterly and year-end tax filings, including W-2s.Manage employee data related to new hires, terminations, status changes, and time/attendance.Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as voluntary benefits like wellness bonuses.Act as the primary contact for insurance carriers and third-party administrators; participate in annual negotiations with brokers and vendors.Lead annual open enrollment processes and provide clear communication to employees regarding their options.Reconcile monthly invoices, manage relocation benefits, and ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA.Manage the HRIS (Dayforce) for U.S. operations, ensuring data security and system integrity.Work closely with international HR and payroll teams (specifically Mexico) to align data flow, reporting consistency, and system updates.Generate and analyze HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and compliance reports.
