This position supports the Surveillance business development team with both domestic and international proposals/responses/requests to win new business or programs.     THIS IS ONSITE Job Summary:  The Customer Service Representative will be part of the Service Team in Nashua. This position will support the repair department for both the Raymarine and FLIR Maritime brands. This is a key customer facing position in the organization and requires efficient co-ordination between both FLIR account and end-user customers. The CSR will work directly with the service manager and service technicians to process and coordinate all repair orders.   Job Qualifications: Previous experience with Customer Service and the ability to handle varying customer expectations. Experience in ERP system, specifically SAP preferred. Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office and internet-based programs. Great work ethic, analytical, creative, independent yet also a team player.
