The MEP Manager is responsible for leading and managing MEP preconstruction activities. Responsibilities include estimating, design management, and subcontractor/vendor procurement. The MEP Manager will prepare comparative analyses of estimates, coordinate preconstruction engineering teams, and provide comprehensive analyses of subcontractor and vendor proposals. Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management and have 5-8 years of specialized preconstruction experience encompassing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation Systems/Power Monitoring Systems. Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications, along with a solid grasp of MEP Systems and equipment principles and practices. Leadership experience in guiding MEP Project Engineers/Estimators is essential, coupled with outstanding communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
