Experience in analytical, technology, or business roles will also be considered. location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $46.01 - 56.01 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: This position represents the Global Experience & Identity (GXI) organization, Global Delivery & Optimization (GDO) department, Service Performance & Experience (SPX) group, and Technology Asset Management (TAM) team.Individuals in the position will be responsible developing and implementing a standardized model to create and maintain hardware asset data in the hardware asset management tool (ServiceNow).In addition, this person will understand all current hardware lifecycle processes and identify opportunities to standardize those processes across hardware asset categories in the enterprise.
